Ingredients
- Flour 400g
- Lamb 300g (more or less depending on your taste)
- Potatoes 1pc
- Tomato 1 Tomato
- Zucchini 1 (smaller)
- Bok choy (or spinach) A few
- Cilantro A handful
- Green Garlic 1-2 Sticks
- Green Peppers 1 (optional)
- Pepper Powder A moderate amount of pepper
- Five Spice Powder Suitable Amounts
- Salt Adequate amount.
- Soy Sauce Adequate amount.
- Warm water 160-170g

Mix the flour with water to form a dough. I mix it in my bread machine, it's easy, once on low speed, once on high speed, and then just knead it for a few more minutes on your own. If you don't have a bread machine, you'll have to mix it yourself. Prepare the rest of the ingredients: lamb, cut into small slices or cubes of any size.

Start another pot, put water, bring to boil, add salt, and start slicing. Take out the dough, flatten it, cut it into long strips, then use two hands to pinch and flatten it a little bit, stretch it and pull the pieces of dough into the pot (this should be done by most of the people in Qinghai).

When there are still two noodles left, add the bok choy and the other half of the tomatoes. Bring to a boil, add the lamb, potatoes, zucchini, etc., and bring to a boil, then add the parsley and garlic cloves. The result will be a great meal.
