Ingredients

  • Sliced Beef Half Catty
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Butter 10g
  • Black Pepper/Black Pepper Sauce/Barbecue Sauce ...... Mix & Match

Instructions

  1. Half a pound of sliced beef, thawed to room temperature

  2. Melt 10g of butter in a saucepan over low heat.

  3. Add a clove of sliced garlic. Add beef slices and brown on high heat

  4. Turn several times until there are signs of browning on both sides. It will take about a minute or two to remove from the pan

  5. The degree of charring is to your liking. Personally, I like it a little more charred, it makes it more flavorful.
