
Pan-fried Beef Slices
Ingredients
- Sliced Beef Half Catty
- Garlic 1 clove
- Butter 10g
- Black Pepper/Black Pepper Sauce/Barbecue Sauce ...... Mix & Match
Instructions

Half a pound of sliced beef, thawed to room temperature

Melt 10g of butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Add a clove of sliced garlic. Add beef slices and brown on high heat

Turn several times until there are signs of browning on both sides. It will take about a minute or two to remove from the pan

The degree of charring is to your liking. Personally, I like it a little more charred, it makes it more flavorful.

Serve with barbecue sauce or black pepper or yuzu sauce.
