
Marjoram with Dried Spices in 7 Steps
Ingredients
- Marjoram Head 250g
- 3 Pieces of Dried Spices
- Salt to taste, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic
Instructions

1、Pick off the root of marjoram and the unfresh leaves, and wash them with cold water.

2: Rinse the dried spices, bring cold water to boil in a pot, cook for 2 minutes, then remove from the pot.

3: Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil, scald the marjoram for 30 seconds, quickly remove and soak in cold water, then remove when cooled and squeeze out vigorously.

4: Chop the blanched dried herbs into small cubes; chop the dried marjoram.

5: Mince the garlic.

6: In a small bowl, put the minced garlic, add soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar, and mix well.
