
Thistle Cracker Box
Ingredients
- Dried Mung Beans 2 handfuls
- Medium Flour 2 cups
- Peanut Oil 4-5 tablespoons
- Carrots Roots
- Potato One
- Baby Cabbage A few slices
- Mung Bean Cake A few slices
- Cilantro 1 handful
- Thirteen Spices A few spices.
- Salt Adequate
Instructions

Mung beans soak in water a day in advance, the next day the wall-breaker into mung bean paste (water is about 10 cm above the mung beans)
Add 2 cups of flour (about), a few tablespoons of peanut oil, mung bean paste into a slightly thickened condition -
Non-stick buttermilk pancakes (on low heat), let cool on a wire rack.

Chop all veggies and add 2-3 green bean patties for extra stickiness (you can also add more flour)

3 green bean patties, 2 layers of filling smoothed out

Fry on high heat (directly set), 2 times.
(If the box is too loose, dip it in flour paste to seal the mouth)
