Ingredients

  • Colla Corii Asini Half Slice
  • Pitted Red Dates 4 pieces
  • Cinnamon Flesh 6 pcs
  • Codonopsis Pilosula 4
  • Angelica Sinensis Two Pieces
  • American ginseng slices (add if you are afraid of fire) One sachet
  • Pork Lean Meat (Or Chicken) 300-400g
  • Sliced Ginger 2 slices
  • Wine Adequate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients and wash them briefly except for the gum.
    Soak Chinese herbs (Astragalus, Codonopsis, American ginseng, Angelica sinensis) in hot water for 15 minutes. Tear open the red dates.
