Potato Sticky Rice Cheese Balls/Cakes
If you like sticky kirikis, you can keep them for a long time if you make them well and freeze them, you can add some to cook liquor-sugar water, and it's good to take them out and fry them instead of a main dish!
Ingredients
- Potato 250g
 - Glutinous rice flour (adjusted according to actual situation) 250g
 - Cheese 150g
 - Salt Moderate
 - Peanut Oil Adequate
 
Instructions

Cubed potatoes steamed

Mash the potatoes into puree, put in the right amount of salt to season, add the right amount of glutinous rice flour first, gradually add the whole, knead into a dough, divided into shapes of the same size.
(Knead the dough while it is still hot, it will fall apart if it is cooled)

Wrap the dough with grated cheese and knead it to form patties/soup dumplings.

When frying, add some oil to a non-stick frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown). (You can also use a steam oven, preheat at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
It can also be served with chili noodles or tomato sauce.
