fig jam
Ingredients
- Figs 1000g
 - Sugar 250g
 - Lemon Juice 60ml
 - WATER 120ml
 - Lemon Peel Two or three (depending on personal preference)
 
Instructions
- 
	
Wash fresh figs and set aside

 - 
	
Cut into small pieces, whatever size you want

 - 
	
Pour all ingredients into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat and simmer slowly.

Remember to stir from time to time during the process.

 - 
	
When it simmers and thickens, it's ready. Turn off the heat and cool down.

 - 
	
Remove the lemon zest if you mind. Then it's ready to be enjoyed slowly in clean glass jars. It can usually be refrigerated for about three months.
