Ingredients
- Cashews 1.5cup
- Almonds 1.5cup
- Walnuts 1.5cup
- Cranberries 1.5cup
- Dates 3cups
- Peanut Butter 150g
- Honey 100g
Instructions

Toast cashews, almonds, and walnuts in the oven at 350F for 4 minutes;

Dates in microwave for 1 minute to soften, then chopped;

Chop the cranberries and mash the cashews, almonds and walnuts;

Place the chopped dates, cashews, almonds, walnuts, and cranberries all in a large bowl;

Add 150g of peanut butter and 100g of honey;

Put it all together and mix well;

Knead into balls, 40 grams each;

These ingredients will make about 40 or so. You can refrigerate and eat them slowly to replenish your daily nut energy, and they will keep for a month.
