
Red Bean Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- Dough:
- Flour. 300 grams
- Milk 135g or so
- Eggs 1 egg
- Milk Powder 15g
- Butter 25g
- White Sugar 25g
- Salt 2.5g
- Yeast 3.5g
- Stuffing:
- Cream Cheese 200g
- Honey Red Beans 130g
- Powdered Sugar 25g
- Condensed Milk 12g
- Milk Powder 15g
Instructions

Mix all the dough ingredients except the butter

Chef's machine beat until a coarse film is formed.

Add butter

Continue to beat until a film is formed.

Ferment until double in size

During the fermentation period, make the filling by adding softened cream cheese with powdered milk, powdered sugar and condensed milk.

Mix well, put into a piping bag and refrigerate.

Knead and deflate the dough.

Cut into 8 equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it out.

Squeeze in the cheese filling and add red beans.

Wrap up the dough and pinch it tightly.

Place on a baking sheet

Let it ferment for 40 minutes in a warm and humid place.

Brush the top with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, cover with tinfoil in the middle.
