
Rice Cake with Butter
I'll see how it goes with the buttered rice cakes that have been a big hit lately. These amount to make exactly six, shell molds.
Ingredients
- Eggs 1 egg
- Sugar 25g
- Butter 20g
- Milk 70ml
- Milk Powder 10g
- Sticky Rice Powder 80g
Instructions

Stir in the egg and sugar to melt.

Stir in 70 ml of milk.

Melt the butter.

Stir in the butter

Sieve the glutinous rice flour. Mix well.

Pour into the mold. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Crispy outside and soft inside.
