- Black Rice & Black Sesame Powder 50g
- Medium Gluten Flour 650g
- White Sugar 20g
- Yeast 1 1/2 Tablespoons

Mix all the ingredients in a pot, work the chef machine on 3 speed for 3 minutes, check the adhesion of the flour and then dry add the right amount of water, work the chef machine on 5 speed for 5 minutes.
