
simmer fried beef
The kids ask for my braised beef every Sunday.
Ingredients
- cooking wine 230g
- Star Anise 2 pieces
- Allspice Leaves 4 Pieces
- Soy Sauce 62g
- Beef 820g
- Onion 1 stalk
- Rock Sugar 35g
- Garlic 1 piece
- Canola Oil 150g
- Soybean Paste 75g
Instructions

Beef bought in the supermarket, the first step to cut the beef into small pieces of cold water soak water for 1 hour

Second step, weigh the ingredients and set aside, encapsulate all into each small bowl

Wash the beef 3 or 4 times and rinse it well.

Stir-fry the beef over high heat for about three minutes.

Add all the ingredients except the cooking wine and stir-fry well for about 3-4 minutes.

Stir-fry the wine for about four to five minutes, then pour the wine along the side of the pan.
