
Braised Pork Trotters
Ingredients
- Pig Feet 500g
- Ginger 5 slices
- Green Onion 1 stalk
- Wine 10 grams
- Soy Sauce 10g
- Dark Soy Sauce 5g
- Spice Packet 1 Packet
- Dried Chili Peppers 5 pcs

Pig's feet cleaned and blanched, finished fishing out and rinsed and set aside.
