
Casserole Rice - Easy Version
Ingredients
- Rice Quantity for one person
- Potatoes Half
- Grilled Sausage Small Half
- Oatmeal A Few
- Corn Kernels A good amount
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Oil Consumption 1 tablespoon
- Fragrance Oil 2 tablespoons
- Pepper Adequate amount.
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
Instructions

Wash the rice, add water 1:1 and steam it in a rice cooker for about 30 minutes

Cut potatoes into cubes, wash off the starch and soak in water.

Cut oatmeal, roasted sausage, corn kernels into pieces and set aside

In a bowl, add 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking oil, 2 spoons of sesame oil, pepper, 1 spoon of sugar, add well and mix well, mix the sauce and set aside.

Cook the rice until thick, about 8 minutes left, put the above ingredients into it, steam for about 5 minutes, finally, pour the sauce over it, stir well to serve.
