
Cod Cheese Risotto
Ingredients
- Rice (Cold) One bowl or so
- Large Eggs (optional) One
- Scallions to taste (optional or basil is fine for personal preference) A few pinches
- Cheese (add to taste) About 3 slices
- Black Pepper Salt A pinch
- Parsley Garlic Salt A pinch.
- Cod Fish One small packet

The cod was purchased from Sam, it was individually wrapped inside about 3 small strips to a packet. Used one packet, you can put more if you like ......
Wash and absorb the water.
→Put some oil in the pan (spraying is fine) and fry them until golden brown and mash them, then put in the eggs.
→Stir fry and add rice.
→Add some water to equalize the food in the pan.
→Stir the cheese until well blended. It will get thicker and thicker.
#And finally put some chopped green onion, (black pepper salt, parsley garlic salt two main seasoning) stir well to start the pot ~ the texture is more moist and a little bit pulling silk
If you like baked rice, you can bake it again. -
