
Low-Cal Bran Banana Cake
Low card, easy to operate, all in 45 minutes.
450g toast grinder Finished height 6cm
Ingredients
- Ripe Banana (Medium) 2 bananas (200g each with skin)
- Coconut Oil 20g
- Milk 50g
- Greek Yogurt 50g
- Eggs (Large) 2 pcs
- Oat Bran 120 grams
- Low Gluten Flour 40g
- Cocoa Powder 20g
- Baking Powder 2.5g
- Baking Soda 1.5 grams

Toast grinder lined with greaseproof paper, to cover the bottom and all around.

Bananas should be ripe to the point of sesame skin, preheat the oven at 180 degrees at the same time put the bananas in the oven and bake them until the skin is black all over.

Peel and mash the bananas, add all the wet ingredients in turn, mixing well each time.

Add all the powdered ingredients at once, mix well, then add all kinds of nuts, etc. and bake in the grinder.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes, halfway through (15 minutes or so) give the top a pull. Remove from oven and slice when warm. Serve hot or cold.
