
Siu Mei Steamed Egg
Ingredients
- Eggs Two
- Warm Water 180g
- Salt Small amount
- Soy Sauce Small amount
Instructions

Add 2 eggs, 180g warm boiling water and a pinch of salt to the pan and whisk for 15 seconds on speed 3.

Pour into a bowl and strain.

Cover with plastic wrap and poke holes in the wrap. Place in pan for 18 minutes on V.

Remove from pan and drizzle with fresh soy sauce.
